Location

The Eliza Lodge Dublin is ideally located in Temple Bar, alongside the River Liffey and overlooking the Millennium Bridge. We are only a short walk to Trinity College, Dublin Castle, Christchurch Cathedral, and St Patrick’s Cathedral and convenient to Grafton Street, Dame Street, Henry Street and O’Connell Street.

Dublin Airport

We recommend that you take the 748 bus from the airport.  It departs from the Airport every 30mins; the last bus is at 22:20 and only costs €6.00 per person.  Ask the driver to let you off on Aston Quay and we are on the corner directly opposite the Millennium Bridge. The Aircoach costs €7.00 and the closest stop is Trinity College which is a further walk and not advised with luggage!

A taxi from the Airport should cost no more the €25.00. If you decide to take a taxi agree a price with the driver before you get in.

Heuston Station / Connolly Station

From Connolly or Heuston railway stations just hop on a Red Line ‘Luas’ tram and get off at the Jervis stop near city centre. Then walk 40 metres to the River Liffey and cross the Millennium Bridge.

Car Hire

You will not need a car while you are staying with us as we are very centrally located.  If you wish to hire a car for your onward journey, arrange the pick up from a city centre location on the morning of your departure as car parks in the city can be expensive.  We can help you to arrange the car hire during your stay if you wish. Just contact reception for more details.

Parking

The nearest car park to the hotel is Jervis Street Car Park. It costs €7.00 over night or €14.00 for 24 hours. Take left of Ormond Quay onto Jervis Street, car park is on the left.
